Welcome to Synergist Wellness, a website about finding resources and strategies for developing your own personal practices to help you be at your very best. Through massage therapy, yoga or other fitness modalities (and ideally a combination of all three!) I believe we can find tools that help us get through our crazy days and be more healthy, loving, happy, and effective! When we are worn down, tired, dehydrated, sleep deprived, and anxious, our quality of life starts rapidly deteriorating, sometimes without us even realizing it until the gradual changes have finally added up to something that demands our attention. At that point, we may feel like it's too late to go back... But it's not.
Through this site, I hope you will find some resources and motivation to help you (re-)claim your wellness, even if it's only 10 minutes at a time.
Often, something as simple as going on a walk around the block, taking time to stretch and breathe consciously, drinking more water, or just squeezing in some body weight exercises can dramatically change our outlook and energy levels, and over time our physical bodies as well.
